We began by conducting a thorough analysis of Scopuly’s current marketing landscape in collaboration with their team. Together, we defined clear, measurable targets and built a step-by-step plan to bring them to life. Our focus was on prioritizing only the most essential social media platforms, optimizing content strategy, and structuring an efficient posting schedule. For community growth, we implemented a regional split system, assigning local managers to enhance communication and engagement. To support user growth and retention, we introduced a bonus referral program to encourage user-driven expansion. Additionally, we launched engaging campaigns with prize incentives to boost interaction and sustain long-term interest in the project.
