Payment details will be provided upon the service agreement. All payments must be made according to the agreed payment plan before the commencement of any services. Late payments may incur additional fees.

As a client, you agree to:

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. In no event will we be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of providing and receiving services private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Termination does not affect any obligations for services rendered prior to termination, including payment for those services.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any disputes, claims, or disagreements through negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, this Public Offer and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Future Agency is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, and the most current version will be posted on our website. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting.
